Solution Analyst

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of technical solutions by partnering with business and IT teams to understand needs and develop effective solutions.

  • Analyze and document business processes, underlying systems and applications to identify improvements and develop best practices.

  • Translate business needs and requirements into solution specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes.

  • Coordinate solution development, system testing and implementation activities to support successful project delivery.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.

  • 4+ years of IT experience with exposure to application development or equivalent.

  • Experience using AI tools to support application development is a plus.

  • Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
