We are looking to add a superstar Inside Sales Account Executive for the North America Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a lucrative territory, closing new customers and generating revenue while achieving individual goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the Company's overall strategic plans and financial objectives
  • Goal 50+ calls inbound and outbound per day
  • Set up training meetings for installers via Zoom
  • Ability to grow your territory quarter over Quarter
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Distribution channels, and Field reps
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions, PV, and Batteries
  • Actively pursue direct sales leads with installers, distributors
  • Assist with forecast of revenue on a regular basis and review sales results to ensure that established targets are being met; take corrective action where required
  • Nurture the relationship with leading PV project developers at multiple levels to ensure that SolarEdge remains the supplier of choice for power conversion electronics for their installations
  • Successfully execute a brand and messaging strategy and act as an external evangelist for the brand
  • Identify and close sales opportunities in accordance with the Company's overall strategic plans and financial objectives
  • Liaise with the U.S. and global executive management team and peers to ensure that sales targets are being defined and met
  • Maintain all information in CRM
  • Call Lost Installer to regain business back

Requirements
  • 3+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales experience
  • This role has both hunting (new clients) and farming (handling and managing existing clients) - someone comfortable with both aspects, and strong closing skills required
  • Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
  • Previous experience in the PV industry will be a significant advantage
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand the technical workings of the SolarEdge product line and convey the advanced technical product benefits to potential customers in easy-to-grasp terms
  • A distinct customer service focus
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools to drive productivity
  • Experience working for an international organization is preferred
