We are seeking a highly skilled experienced Field Applications Engineer specializing in solar inverters and energy storage systems.ย  In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions to customers, assisting with system integration, commissioning, and delivering training and product demonstrations.ย  Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implantation and operation of solar inverter and energy storage projects.

Responsibilities:
Technical Guidance:

  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.
System Integration and Commissioning:
  • ย Support customers in integrating solar inverters and energy storage systems into their existing infrastructure.
  • Assist with system commissioning, including equipment configuration, firmware upgrades, and performance testing.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and audits to ensure proper installation and adherence to industry standards and guidelines.
