We are seeking an PRN Occupational Therapist Assistant who is responsible to assist in implementing treatment plans, documenting client progress, ensuring compliance with all professional standards, regulatory requirements, and Solara Care Solutions policies. This role is essential to supporting independence, dignity, and quality of life for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with client evaluations and carry out treatment plans as ordered.
  • Implement therapeutic programs designed by the Occupational Therapist.
  • Assist with scheduling client caseloads.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.
  • Participate in client screenings as directed.
  • Driving to the homes of clients located outside of the Fleet Landing Atlantic Beach campus.

Qualifications
Current license from Florida Department of Health
Current Driver's License and car insurance
Minimum Education Required:
Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program
Experience:
Home Health experience is preferred but not required
