About Better Earth

Better Earth is a leading residential solar installation company committed to making clean energy accessible for homeowners. We're growing fast and looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to keep our Cerritos operations running smoothly.

About the Role

We're looking for an organized, safety-minded Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and support our solar installation crews with the materials and equipment they need to succeed. You'll play a critical role in keeping projects on schedule and our team equipped.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory of solar panels, inverters, racking, and installation materials
  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Coordinate with field operations and project managers to ensure timely material delivery to job sites
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff on safety protocols, best practices, and SOPs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
  • Track shipments, manage vendor relationships, and resolve supply chain issues
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to minimize shrinkage
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment and hazardous materials
  • Support fleet coordination and vehicle loading logistics

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
  • Valid current driver's license (required)
  • Forklift certification (required)
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations
  • Experience with shipping/receiving, logistics, and supply chain coordination
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proficiency with inventory software/WMS and Google Workspace a plus
  • Solar, construction, or renewable energy industry experience a plus
