Overview

Join our team at GreenBrilliance, where we are committed to providing sustainable energy solutions through innovative solar technology. We are seeking a motivated individual to lead our installation team, ensuring the successful deployment of solar systems for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation of solar energy systems from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage a team of installers, providing training, support, and leadership to ensure high performance.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of installations.
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare installation plans based on client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations and report on progress to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of solar installation or construction management experience
  • Experience managing field teams and multiple active projects
  • Knowledge of photovoltaic systems and electrical construction practices
  • Understanding of NEC and local permitting requirements
