Job description

Holu Hou Energy LLC. is in need of an experienced solar PV Installer to join our team for residential and commercial solar photovoltaic installations.

Key Job Duties:
- Install residential and commercial PV systems.
- Create panel layout and material list.
- Must be able to lead a crew
- Takes pride in workmanship.
- Work with the crew to clean the work area and prevent leaving any trash or tools behind
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
- Perform other needed job tasks as requested by leadership

-Must be able to pass a background check.

Skills and Experience:
- Must have solar PV installation experience (references will be requested)
- Electrical experience a plus
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Need your own tools.
- Drug free work place
- Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Must be willing to work in high places
- OSHA10 certification a plus
- Pay based on experience
