About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Solar Ground Mount Construction Supervisor to support commercial and community solar projects. This role is heavily field-focused and responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with design specifications and schedules.


The ideal candidate will have strong experience within solar construction, particularly ground mount installations, along with a solid electrical background and the ability to manage active field operations across multiple project phases.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee ground mount solar construction activities from mobilization through completion
  • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and daily project execution
  • Read and interpret electrical, civil, and mechanical construction drawings
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations
  • Support construction planning, material coordination, and field problem-solving
  • Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Promote safe work practices and ensure OSHA/safety compliance on-site


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of construction management or field supervision experience within solar or renewable energy projects
  • Strong electrical construction knowledge and solar installation experience
  • Experience managing subcontractors and field crews on active job sites
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • OSHA certification preferred
  • Comfortable traveling to project sites as needed
