Ambia Energy seeks experienced account managers to assist customers through their custom solar installation journey. Major responsibilities include navigating customers & their accounts through their complex solar installation process, while providing best in class customer communication. The ideal candidate is an experienced customer service professional with excellent communication, people and phone etiquette skills.

Responsibilities

  • High attention to detail
  • Act as a single point of contact for complex issues that may require the involvement of multiple internal and/or external parties
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Communicate with customer and partners through various channels for various custom installation reasons throughout the process
  • Entering customer data between partner system and customers account
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their custom installation process
  • Interacting with and handling customer queries & complaints in a timely manner
  • Assist in reducing customer account cycle times where able
  • Help sales representatives real time with troubleshooting and support

Required Qualifications

  • 3-12 months’ experience in customer service and/or account management
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening
  • Strong customer facing and communication skills
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proven customer support experience & obsession
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
  • Solar Experience strongly encouraged
  • Highly Desirable: Background in Solar Customer Experience & Solar
