Role Description The Marketing & Brand Growth Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ephraim, UT. This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the Mobile Fortress USA brand and drive demand for its surveillance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include planning and running marketing campaigns, creating content for digital and print channels, coordinating with sales and dealer partners, and analyzing market trends and campaign performance. The specialist will collaborate closely with leadership to refine brand messaging, manage social media and online presence, support events and promotions, and ensure consistent, customer-focused communication across all touchpoints. The role also involves gathering feedback from customers and dealers to inform product positioning and improve the overall market approach.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas to internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience with Market Research, including analyzing industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing and brand decisions.
  • Background in Sales or sales enablement, with the ability to collaborate with sales teams and dealer partners to support lead generation and conversion.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, including planning, executing, and measuring multi-channel campaigns that support brand growth and revenue goals.
  • Customer Service mindset, with a focus on building strong relationships, understanding user challenges, and representing the brand professionally.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., social media management, email marketing, basic analytics platforms) is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ephraim, UT, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a small, fast-moving team environment.
