JOB DUTIES:

  • Provide over-the-top customer service which includes working with our customers from the estimate phase to project completion.

  • Committed to earning repeat and referral business through providing excellent customer service.

  • Meet and exceed sales performance goals by providing customers with solutions, and creating happy customers!

  • Provide estimates for repair or replacement of existing equipment or systems, including providing multiple "Good, Better, Best" options.

  • Design and sell custom solutions for main electrical panel upgrades, whole-home rewiring, EV (Electric Vehicle) charger installations, and smart home upgrades.

  • Maintain yearly completed sales of $1,200,000 or more.

  • Work with customers to answer questions regarding estimates in a timely manner and log the follow-up in CRM software (ServiceTitan).

  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with our install coordinator and licensed electrical installation teams.

Requirements & Skills Needed:

  • Must be dependable and honest.

  • Must be customer-service oriented and motivated.

  • 2+ years of highly successful in-home sales experience (Electrical, HVAC, Solar, or Home Improvement preferred).

  • Must be comfortable talking with customers (homeowners) and professionally educating them on their repair/replacement options.

  • Must be capable and able of completing invoices and proposals digitally in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Confident and professional communication skills.

  • Experience with and able to navigate mobile devices (Apple products).
