Job description

Join the AirWorks Team as a Plumbing Installer!

At AirWorks, weโ€™re growing our plumbing division and looking for an experienced Plumbing Installer who takes pride in doing the job rightโ€”from smaller installs to larger, more complex projects. As a Family Run. Mom Approved. company, we believe great installs come from skilled tradespeople who care about quality, safety, and the homeowner experience.

This role is ideal for someone whoโ€™s confident handling installation-focused plumbing work, including water heaters, water quality systems, and full or partial repipes, with the ability to complete minor repairs as part of install projects.

If you enjoy seeing a project through from start to finish and want steady work with a company that respects the craft, weโ€™d love to meet you.

Who You Are:

Installation-Focused Plumber:

You have hands-on experience completing residential plumbing installationsโ€”from small projects to larger system installs.

Project-Ready:

Youโ€™re comfortable handling jobs like water heater installs, water filtration or conditioning systems, and full or partial repipes.

Skilled & Versatile:

While installs are your strength, you can also handle minor repair work that comes up during or after installation projects.

Detail-Oriented & Code-Savvy:

You understand that clean installs, proper materials, and code compliance matterโ€”every time.

Customer-Respectful:

You communicate clearly with homeowners, explain what youโ€™re installing, and leave the home clean and cared for.

Reliable Team Player:

You show up prepared, work well with teammates, and take pride in representing a Mom Approved company.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Complete plumbing installations from start to finish

  • Install tank and tankless water heaters

  • Install water quality systems (filtration, conditioning, purification)

  • Perform full or partial repipe projects

  • Handle minor plumbing repairs related to install work

  • Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and AirWorks quality standards

  • Communicate professionally with customers throughout the project

  • Document work accurately in our system

Why Youโ€™ll Love Working Here:
  • Family Run. Mom Approved. Culture โ€“ We look out for our people and our customers

  • Competitive Pay โ€“ $30โ€“$40+ per hour, DOE

  • Steady Install Work โ€“ Not a patch-and-dispatch service grind

  • Full-Time Benefits (for full-time team members):

  • Medical, dental & vision

  • 401(k) with employer match

  • Profit sharing

  • Work-Life Balance โ€“ PTO, holidays, and a team that respects your time

  • Room to Grow โ€“ Weโ€™re building something long-term, and you can grow with us

Ready to Join the AirWorks Family?

If youโ€™re a skilled plumbing installer who takes pride in clean, professional work and wants to be part of a company that values craftsmanship and people, weโ€™d love to hear from you.
