Position Title: IT EngineerLocation: IndianaPosition Summary:

This position needs to be responsible for the work between the group and the factory and lead help complete the operation and maintenance of the factory's IT equipment, facilities and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, network administration, cybersecurity, system integration and project management, with strong early career experience in a technology role within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidates responsibilities will include:

  • Providing local IT system and equipment installation and maintenance service
  • Resolving hardware issues, workshop printing issues, phone issue, VPN issue and network connectivity issues
  • Responsible for a part of weak current project construction technical support
  • Providing meeting room equipment maintenance ( Phone / Projector / Polycom video / TV / Audio system)
  • IT assets and equipment management, record their ownership; Perform daily operation of IT systems according to the SOP
  • Responsible for communication between local users and headquarters IT
  • Work on daily ad hoc requests and other tasks & projects as assigned by supervisor
  • Ensure local network connectivity and security access
  • Responsible for the telephone lines, network connection and other weak current system
  • Responsible for printer installation, commissioning and maintenance
  • Provide technical support and security training for end user
  • Communication with local end users and feedback
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree with major in computer and related field Good English oral and writing skills Good communication and coordination skill Good Team-work experience; Can accept night shift work Two years working experience in IT related or outstanding graduates

Technical Skills: Familiar with the process of onsite support, IT technology platform and environment Proficient in troubleshooting issues on PC, hardware, office, printer, network and telephone Familiar with weak current system and generic cabling system Familiar with the basic configuration of routers, switches and other network equipment
