Company: Our family-owned firm was formed in 2007. We are privately-held, family-owned, self-funded and independent real estate development firm. This is a casual, but professional, very entrepreneurial firm with a dozen or so employees. We are have a flat management structure and foster a collaborative environment. Our business involves purchasing large tracts of land in specific states that are suitable for development. Role: The open Real Estate Researcher role is not a technical roll. It requires someone with a self-starter attitude, with great computer and phone skills, task-oriented and who derives satisfaction from the completion of a series of complex project tasks...Your required tasks will include: Use software provided as well as publicly available web-based search tools along with in-market realtor agent relationships to identify suitable parcels of land Initiate discussions with Land Owners Secure the information necessary for management to negotiate with brokers and land-owners to Purchase the land Research Town Codes and Records Coordinate with Project Managers Provide document management of individual projects Compensation: Annual Base pay is between $41k and $56k depending on experience. Benefits: Fully paid (meaning there is NO employee cost) medical (Anthem BC/BS Platinum), vision and dental insurance (via United Healthcare) along with 401k plan provided after completion of 3 months employment. 10 days vacation and 5 personal days (for a total of 15 PTO days) per year accrue along with days worked. Limited work from home permitted after 3 months.
