Power the future while building your career. We're looking for a motivated, people-first Residential Solar Sales Consultant who thrives in the field, builds trust quickly, and knows how to turn conversations into long-term customer relationships.
In this role, you'll guide homeowners and business owners through the solar journey from first contact to signed agreement by understanding their energy needs, presenting tailored solutions, and delivering a standout customer experience. You'll work company-generated leads and customer referrals, manage your pipeline, and consistently push toward ambitious sales goals.
This is a full-time, field-based role with local travel, ideal for someone who's competitive, organized, and passionate about clean energy.
Requirements
  • Build strong customer relationships and close solar sales
  • Analyze energy usage and explain financial ROI
  • Create customized proposals and pricing

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred. Solar, home improvement, construction, roofing, HVAC, or other in-home sales experience is a plus.
  • CRM experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
