The Role
We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer/Technician to join our traveling service team. Unlike standard "cookie-cutter" installations, this role requires a diagnostic mindset. You will be the face of our company, assessing underperforming systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing high-quality repairs.
What Youll Do
  • Diagnose & Repair: Assess existing solar arrays to identify failures, wiring issues, or structural concerns.
  • System Layout: Read solar design plans and accurately map roofs for adjustments or additions.
  • Precision Work: Professionally set feet, rails, and mounting hardware to ensure long-term durability.
  • Customer Advocacy: Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain repairs and provide a premium service experience.
