Solar Field Specialist

Build Your Career in Solar

We are looking for highly motivated, competitive and outgoing individuals to join our elite sales team. This is a field-based costumer outreach position focused on connecting with homeowners in assigned territory and setting qualified appointments.

You are not selling solar. Your job is to open the conversation, educate homeowners about the opportunity to explore solar and schedule qualified appointments.

What You'll Do

  • Engage homeowners through face-to-face door to door canvassing.
  • Provide homeowners with information on alternative solutions to their energy needs.
  • Become an expert in renewable energy.
  • Set solar appointments.
  • Receive ongoing training and mentorship.
  • Participate in daily team huddles, coaching and performance training.
  • Have fun with weekly incentives, bonuses, and regular team building events!
