Full-time, Hourly, Profit Sharing


We are seeking an experienced operator who is ready to make the move to a Foreman position within 3-6 months. Our Foremen start at $27-$33/hour, with first-year total compensation typically reaching $90K-$110K+ including overtime and incentives.


Our Solar Foreman will lead a crew of solar technicians in installing both roof and ground mounted arrays for commercial customers and high-power users including farms, manufacturing plants, and warehouses. The Solar foreman will train directly under a Master Electrician and transition to leading your own crew.

While you are on the road, VIKOR covers all your travel expenses including per diem and your own hotel room. VIKOR will also pay for you to receive your CDL license.


Benefits

$40/day per-diem for meals while traveling.

Company provided individual hotel room.

Paid holidays plus five additional paid days off for field staff.

Paid vacation and personal time with a graduating scale based on years of service: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 5 years, 5 weeks after 10 years.

Cash retirement bonus to all employees on their anniversary.

We offer major medical, dental, and vision insurance and a free $100,000 life insurance policy for all employees.

Crews are likely to work 45-75 hours per week in outdoor conditions with overtime paid at time and a half.

We use company trucks only. You do not have to drive to the job sites in your own vehicle.

Requirements

Experience leading a small crew, crew lead, or senior technician role preferred

Must have a valid driver's license - ability to obtain CDL

Ability to travel 6-8 weeks at a time

Ability to lift and carry a 50lb load.

OSHA10 and OSHA 30 courses preferred.
