NOVO Health keenly focuses on safety and infection control and provides its partner hospitals with a value-driven linen management control system that measures and monitors linen utilization by department to eliminate excess internal costs. NOVO's wide range of service programs offer a variety of options to provide a seamless, single source distribution system. NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes.

Novo Health Services is hiring full-time Soil Sorters for our healthcare linen facility in Ravenna, OH.

Soil Sort team members work hands-on sorting soiled linen on a fast-moving conveyor belt. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting and tossing linen, repetitive motion, and wearing required PPE while working in an active production environment.

Schedule:

8 hour shifts, 4am-12:30pm

5 days per weekwith a rotating scheduled day off

Physical Requirements:

Stand for the full shift

Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive hand motions

Work in a production environment with soiled linen

Qualifications:

No experience required - training provided

Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

Ability to work as part of a team

Reliable attendance
