We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software Quality Assurance Analyst II to help ensure the quality, reliability, and business value of software solutions across the organization. In this role, you will partner closely with software developers, subject matter experts, and IT leadership to understand business requirements, develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, identify and document defects, and verify that software solutions meet established quality standards before and after implementation.

  • Ability to understand, interpret, and analyze business requirements.

  • Excellent organizational, time-management, multitasking, follow-up, and prioritization skills in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to prepare and deliver management-level presentations for newly developed software solutions.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

Education
