Roles and Responsibilities

The Prinipal Program Manager - IoMT platfrom leads complex IoMT programs endtoend, including new product introductions, manufacturing transfers, and regulatory clearances. The role drives crossfunctional execution to meet quality, scope, schedule, and cost commitments while ensuring strong portfolio alignment and governance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own a single, prioritized IoMT portfolio backlog and integrated execution roadmap, facilitating tradeoff decisions across scope, timing, dependencies, and resources.

  • Drive program execution from idea to launch through clear milestones, KPIs, action tracking, and leadershipready reporting.

  • Establish and sustain standard operating rhythms, dashboards, and portfolio hygiene to enable datadriven decisions and predictable delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), Phased Review Discipline (PRD), and applicable regulatory requirements across markets.

  • Lead and align global, crossfunctional core teams (Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Service) to deliver highquality products on time and within budget.

  • Partner with Product Management to translate customer workflows, clinical needs, and product strategy into actionable software and platform priorities.

  • Partner with Digital & Technology teams to decompose platform strategy into wellsequenced backlogs that reflect architectural dependencies and business outcomes.

  • Develop sufficient understanding of customer use cases, system behavior, and technical architecture to challenge assumptions and drive informed prioritization.

  • Lead largescale Agile software programs, including multiteam platform initiatives, using scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) as appropriate.

  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment while developing functional and domain capability within the program community.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.

  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in product development or program management

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience leading complex product development and/or software programs in a crossfunctional environment.

  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience utilizing Agile and Lean delivery methods, metrics, and continuous improvement.

  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with three days per week on-site at the GE HealthCare office located in Waukesha, Wisconsin

  • Demonstrated flexibility in approach to work hours, and willingness to partner with and accommodate global teams and schedules

  • Demonstrated expertise in edge computing, cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred), distributed systems, or IoT/IoMT platforms.
