Type:  Contract to Hire
Length:  6 months
Job Description:   Company located in Greenwood Village, CO has an immediate need for a Software Operations Manager for a contract to hire position.  This position reports to the Sr. Director of Experience Design.  Seeking candidate to Identify and understand how each portal works and the lifecycle of how they support customers, track and report on usage, issues, and resolution for each web portal, understand and coordinate issue resolution through internal or external support teams, learn and document all systems and support processes associated with each portal and track and drive to resolution operational logistics.  No direct reports.
