Job Description:

As the Software Development Team Lead – Marketing Solutions, you'll lead a cross-functional Agile team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the technology platforms that power digital marketing, customer engagement, analytics, and experimentation. Responsibilities:
  • Lead a cross-functional Agile team consisting of Software Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers.
  • Partner with Marketing leaders and Product Owners to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the organization's marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Design, develop, and support enterprise applications using C#, .NET, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Build and enhance integrations across marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, and digital advertising technologies.
  • Mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, technical coaching, and career development.
  • Collaborate across engineering teams to establish architecture standards and improve platform design.
  • Drive secure software development practices and ensure high-quality code through testing and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and developing technical team members.
  • Contribute hands-on development while helping remove roadblocks and guiding sprint execution.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of software development experience using C#, .NET, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience developing solutions that support Marketing Technology, AdTech, digital analytics, customer engagement platforms, or marketing automation ecosystems.
  • 3+ years of experience leading software development teams.
  • Experience working with technologies such as CRM platforms, marketing automation, GA4, conversion tracking, A/B testing platforms, or similar MarTech solutions.
  • Strong experience with Angular, React, or other modern SPA frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
