Department: Delivery
Location: Remote, must be located in the US and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full Time, 8 - 10 weeks

Each intern will own a dedicated project solving real business challenges. You will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work, network and participate in professional and personal development sessions. The internship will wrap up with a presentation on your learnings and the experience.
Overview: The Software Implementation Consultant Intern supports SaaS client implementations by assisting with documentation, configuration, testing, and delivery coordination. This role is designed for college students or recent graduates interested in technology, consulting, or software delivery and provides hands-on exposure to real client implementations in a structured, mentored environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with requirements documentation (functional requirements, use cases, process flows).
  • Support system configuration and setup under guidance from senior consultants.
  • Participate in testing activities to validate solutions meet documented requirements.
  • Update and maintain Jira tickets and internal documentation to support sprint execution.
  • Join internal and customer meetings to observe discovery, solution design, and delivery practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Product, Development, and QA.
  • Support basic data review and analysis activities as part of implementation work.

Skills needed:
  • Must have strong Excel skills, including:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow defined processes.
  • Basic technical aptitude and interest in learning SaaS platforms.
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines with guidance.
  • Professional, collaborative, and eager to learn in a team environment.

Education & Experience:
