GEMS Machine is our powerful, modern software platform developed with C# and WPF which is designed to deliver a smooth and intuitive experience for machine operators. Description
As a Software Development co-op/Intern at Gleason, you’ll work alongside an experienced team to contribute to our GEMS Machine platform.
In this role, you’ll:
- Collaborate with senior developers on software for bevel gear machines and learn industry best practices in software engineering.
- Develop new features and optimize existing ones to enhance our modular GEMS Machine software platform.
- Design and implement internal tooling to support the development of GEMS Machine.

Qualifications
Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience with C#/.NET or similar technologies.
Desired Skills:

- Knowledge of API’s and web services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- PowerShell or similar scripting languages.
- Containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Development with databases including SQL.
