Location
  • This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX, with an expectation of working in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday each week.
  • Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Austin area. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

In this role
  • Design, build and maintain integrations and automated workflows that connect enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, CRM, eCommerce) and eliminate manual handoffs
  • Build and support data pipelines and ETL processes that move, transform and validate data across systems ensuring the data quality and consistency that AI and analytics depend on
  • Develop and maintain APIs, webhooks and event-driven automations with strong error handling, logging and monitoring so issues surface quickly
  • Write clean, testable scripts and services in Python, C#, or JavaScript to automate repetitive business processes and reporting
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements and translate them into working solutions
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment practices and documentation that keep our growing automation footprint reliable and maintainable
  • Help evaluate and implement cloud services and tools (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory, Service Bus) that form the building blocks for future AI capabilities
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The ideal person
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Foundational programming skills in at least one language (Python strongly preferred; C#, Java, or JavaScript also welcome)
  • Basic understanding of APIs, JSON/XML, and how web services communicate (REST, HTTP, webhooks)
  • Exposure to SQL and relational databases; comfortable writing queries, understanding schemas and thinking about data quality
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and a willingness to learn CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • A problem-solver and self-starter who is curious about how systems work, excited to automate what's manual and comfortable learning new tools quickly
  • Strong communication skills: able to talk with both technical and non-technical teammates about requirements, trade-offs and progress
