Job Description
Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a Temporary Data Entry Clerk for a local company in the Vincent, OH area. This is a short-term opportunity for a computer-literate, detail-oriented individual to assist during a company software conversion.
The selected candidate will help keep daily operations running smoothly while the company transitions to its new software system. This will include manually processing and entering billing information, as well as transferring company information into the new software.
Responsibilities
Enter company and customer information accurately into the new software system.
Assist with manually processing and entering billing information during the software transition.
Review information for accuracy and correct data entry errors as needed.
Maintain organized and accurate records.
Work with company staff to gather and verify information.
Assist with other basic administrative and data entry tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Follow established procedures and meet daily deadlines.
Qualifications
Computer literate and comfortable learning new software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Ability to type and enter information efficiently.
Comfortable working with numbers, billing information, and company records.
Reliable and dependable with good attendance.
Able to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks.
Previous data entry, billing, office, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
