Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Job Description

This position seeks a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative operations at a Pell City location. You will accurately enter, update, and maintain data within internal systems while upholding high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality. This role suits someone who is organized, comfortable working with large volumes of data, and able to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and internal systems.
  • Review incoming and existing data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies and verify information as needed to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records to support efficient retrieval and reporting.
  • Create and update spreadsheets and basic reports using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Communicate with internal departments to validate data accuracy and resolve data-related questions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to data security, privacy, and confidentiality.
  • Assist with additional clerical and administrative tasks as assigned to support front office operations.
  • Occasionally collect data from the manufacturing plant and enter it into appropriate systems.
