We are looking for an Engineering Manager in the Rochester area. The Engineering Manager at PSI is responsible for leading the engineering team to drive technical excellence, innovation, and process improvements.

The Engineering Manager collaborates closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure engineering solutions align with operational goals, cost targets, and safety standards. This position also manages budgets, resources, and external contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the engineering team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute engineering projects to improve production efficiency and equipment reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical solutions.
  • Manage engineering budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
