Position Overview
Morton Industries is seeking a skilled Developer to join our IT team. This role will focus on designing, building, and supporting software solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across our business. The developer will work on a mix of ERP development, custom applications, and web-based tools.
Key Responsibilities
  • ERP Development & Support
    • Develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules to meet business requirements.
    • Integrate ERP with third-party applications and internal systems.
  • Application Development
    • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom software programs (desktop and web applications).
    • Build internal tools to automate workflows, reporting, and data management.
    • Maintain source code, technical documentation, and change logs.
  • Web Applications
    • Develop web-based apps and portals for internal use.
    • Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and user-friendly.
    • Integrate APIs and web services to support business processes.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, or similar).
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms and business process automation.

Preferred
