Engineering Manager


Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers supporting foundry, machining, and assembly operations.
  • Oversee capital project planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Develop and implement improvement projects to meet productivity, quality, and cost targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of engineering changes, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Manage tooling and equipment design and procurement.
  • Support product industrialization and manufacturability assessments.
  • Champion safety and compliance with OSHA and company standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering capital and improvement projects.
  • Experience in foundry, machining, and assembly operations.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software and manufacturing documentation.
