Job Title: Software Engineering Manager
Employer: PepsiCo, Inc.
Location: 7701 Legacy Drive, Plano, Texas 75024
Responsibilities
Duties: Lead Complex Software Programs alongside a dedicated team. Provide technical solutions to drive the software architecture for the team. Collaborate with Product Owner to define product and market specific requirements. Ensure new product enhancements meet quality standards before they are rolled out to the end customers. Provide timely resolution for customer issues. Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and reliable infrastructure and systems to support business-critical applications.
*Telecommuting permitted 40%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the PepsiCo office in Plano, Texas.

Qualifications
Job Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and eight (8) years of experience in job offered or related role. Must have eight (8) years of experience in: Software Development- Front End and Back End Technologies and Front End Technologies - Angular, React, Bootstrap, Javascript, HTML, and CSS. Must have six (6) years of experience in: Back End Technologies & Databases - Java / J2EE, Springboot, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. Must have four (4) years of experience in: Software Architecture and Cloud Platforms - Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
Salary: $156,998 - $198,000/ year
