Role Overview
As Director of Software Engineering, you will lead ASM's global software engineering strategy and execution across multiple product lines and technology platforms. You will be responsible for shaping the future of semiconductor equipment software, driving innovation, and enabling scalable, high-performance solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
This role requires a visionary leader who can align software development with business goals, foster cross-functional collaboration, and build high-performing teams across geographies. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Define and execute the global software engineering strategy aligned with ASM's business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year software roadmap across product lines and technology platforms.

  • Build and lead a world-class software engineering organization across multiple global sites.

Minimum Qualifications
