They partner with organizations ranging from emerging businesses to large multinational manufacturers, delivering custom process and system solutions that support operational growth and performance. Description Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and project managers. Oversee technical strategy, engineering execution, and project delivery across multiple concurrent projects. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Communicate project status and engineering activities with internal stakeholders and customers. Drive accountability for project milestones, objectives, and deliverables. Establish and monitor departmental KPIs and performance metrics.
