Job duties include:

  • Assist in all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including gathering requirements, developing, testing, and supporting operations.
  • Collaborate in creating technical specifications and documenting application functionality for future maintenance and upgrades.
  • Actively participate in developing custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies under the supervision of the team lead.
  • Contribute to the creation of End User Manuals for employees who will regularly use the applications.
  • Participate in post-implementation support and resolve issues within the specified service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Work as part of a close-knit engineering team that follows agile software development practices.
