About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to support complex, large-scale technology initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, evaluate, and implement software solutions that drive business outcomes. You will analyze sophisticated technical challenges, provide strategic recommendations, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to complex software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
  • Analyze and solve large-scale technical challenges that require evaluation of multiple variables, including ambiguous or unprecedented situations.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering partners to define technical requirements and delivery strategies.
  • Apply knowledge of engineering best practices, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide technical consultation and strategic guidance to internal teams and business partners.
