What You’ll Do:

  • Lead all phases of project management including preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Collaborate closely with field staff, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners to drive successful project outcomes
  • Provide accurate cost estimating and value engineering support during project development
  • Review and negotiate contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on every jobsite

What You Bring:

  • 3–7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Proven track record with projects ranging from up to $25M
  • Solid understanding of project estimation, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), and cost control
  • Ability to lead project teams, train and develop your direct reports and build strong relationships with clients and trade partners
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
