Job Duties: Analyze enterprise-wide business applications, document current and future-state architectures, and define modernization roadmaps and transition strategies. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software across distributed hybrid environments using DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation. Apply specialized knowledge of Cash and Stock Applications within Broker Dealer environments to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements. Implement Agile/SAFe methodologies, facilitate user story reviews, resolve requirements ambiguities, and support technical governance and release decisions. Establish automated testing frameworks aligned to TDD principles; track defect metrics and mentor junior engineers in modern testing practices. Collaborate with distributed product teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to align project plans, testing schedules, and end-toend delivery across multiple applications. Partner with geographically distributed teams to plan and build our future SDET practices and support our technology decisions.

What you have

Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation. . Experience must include 72 months of experience involving the following: SDET using C# and .Net Frameworks; Mainframe Experience including Db2, Cobol, JCL, CICS, and Datacom Changeman; Atlassian Tools including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo; Database Skills : IBM Db2 ,SQL Server, Mongo Db; Splunk , Veracode, PCF cloud , Github; and SOAP/Rest Web Services.
