The Role The MyPresidio team is looking for a Sr. Product Development Manager who is passionate about the eCommerce industry and has analytical and multi-task abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Sr. Product Development Manager, you will join a team responsible for building the long-term eCommerce roadmap, ensuring that cross functional product, delivery and business teams are working in concert to deliver business value. You will lead the software product development life cycle from inception to production launch and post-production support. You must possess strong technical background to ensure you are designing modular & scalable web solutions, you must have experience leading cross-organizational software development projects and have a well-rounded technical background in current web and/or micro-service technologies.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Engage with the business team and stakeholder at different levels to understand business needs, analyze, document, evaluate and prioritize the requirements, and make recommendations on the solution and implementation.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in eCommerce (Product & Offer in Catalog, Cart, Checkout, Fulfillment and post-purchase support)
  • Serve as a key liaison between Business, UX/UI and IT teams to facilitate product development.
  • Conduct multi-year product planning to determine product life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy, and achieve product performance, revenue, market share/penetration, and profitability objectives
  • Monitor product for all defined KPIs to ensure best-in-class customer experience
  • Acts as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across teams and organization
  • Understands data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagram, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing and other project artifacts.
  • Participate in roadmap planning, write/enhance/research features and be responsible as business lead and central subject matter expert.
  • Develop and communicate the program vision and roadmap.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform a variety of tasks to help delivering more value to our customers.
  • Contribute to annual growth objectives.

Required Skills and Professional Experience:
  • 7-10 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Development or Product Management role.
  • Experience within high tech, software and/or eCommerce highly desired.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development, web and microservice technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives.
  • Experience in product roadmap assessment and planning.
  • Experience in driving and gathering business requirements, prioritization, assessments and solutioning.
  • Experience in working with both the business and technical team, coordinating/leading solution design, development/configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams.
  • Experience in business process analysis and ability to proactively identify, manage, and correct user experience and business process issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
  • Product Management and/or Agile certifications is a plus.
