Cavco Industries is seeking a highly motivated Community Sales Support and Home Installation Coordinator. This position will serve as the key administrative and operational support for the National Director of Business Development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about enabling a high-performing sales team. You will play a pivotal role in managing sales processes, coordinating client communications, and assisting in the execution of national business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the National Director of Business Development
  • Work closely with a third-party vendors to grow Cavo’s new home installation initiative
  • Create process and work flow solutions to support Cavco Installation Services
  • Assist team of Business Development Managers to produce sales quotes, service requests, and shipping coordination
  • Manage and coordinate industry events including local, regional, and national trade shows
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Coordinate and track business development activities, including lead generation and follow-ups
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize travel and logistics
  • Maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client and opportunity data
  • Liaise between the business development team, internal departments, and external clients
  • Support the execution of national campaigns, events, and promotional efforts

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
