Minotaur System Administration / Software Support (Intern)
The requirements listed define the Minotaur System Administration / Software Support (SAS) Intern responsibilities and tasking. The SAS is a qualified individual that is able to analyze detailed system designs and functional requirements for Minotaur Mission Systems (MMS). The SAS shall use software engineering principles and information technology practices to plan, create, improve, maintain and test the core software systems and sensor software baselines. The SAS shall support the Chief Integration Officer (CIO) and other team members to accomplish development activities and execute the MMS development and deployment plans. The SAS shall be able to receive guidance from mid-level/senior software developers and engineers while supporting senior leadership with mission execution.
The SAS shall be qualified to execute the below functions with minimal guidance.
SAS1: Analyze software & hardware architectures, designs and functional requirements for aircraft, marine & surface mission systems.
SAS2: Develop system requirements.
SAS3: Configure and Test mission system software applications using tools such as Microsoft Visio, .dwg applications, JAVA, Javascript, Python, SQL, OWL, CSS, C++, C#, Bootstrap, XML, HTML & WSASL.
SAS4: Develop scripts for mission system applications.
SAS5: Update software applications, apply software patches and cyber related artifacts.
SAS6: Support installation, configuration and test of mission systems and software on a variety of mission system hardware configurations in a lab environment and on assets.
SAS7: Install, run and apply various software applications for the mission system.
SAS8: Develop and conduct unit, auto-test, system functional tests, integration tests and lab/asset testing.
SAS9: Develop technical documentation and reports using tools such as, MS word, PPT, excel, JIRA, REDMINE, etc.
SAS10: Work with team members to ensure system usability, reliability, maintainability and resolve customer trouble reports.
SAS11: Build system, data, map, and satellite drives from data base.
SAS12: Conduct System Administration functions such as password set up, scans, create log in access, troubleshoot networks and manage accounts.
SAS13: Execute frequent travel to meet Government requirements.
SAS14: Be able to accept guidance from Senior Developers, Engineers and Mentors.
SAS15: Conduct reviews and accept feedback from team members, leadership & Government users.
SAS16: Build visions, business relationships & goals for future endeavors

Minimum requirement of 3 years towards a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybery Security, or other suitable technical education equivalent.
