Software Development Engineering - Sr Professional II
TITLE: Software Development Engineering - Sr Professional II
EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC
LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Create reporting designs and write technical solutions for Fiserv Contact Service Technology Data Warehouse, Data Lake and Reporting applications. Develop customized solutions within the platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals. Migrate legacy Reporting components to Cloud technology. Work closely with Product Development and Professional Services developers to resolve complex technical issues. Enhance and fine tune the Logging, Alarm and Error Monitoring system across Contact Service platform without incurring security vulnerabilities to the applications. Implement organization level application security scans on all Contact Service Applications. Lead Application Code Repository Version control activities and Code promotion to Production environment. Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of production issues in real time applications and provide quick resolutions.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and 2 years in any job title involving PowerBI development and architecture experience. Prior experience must include: 2 years of software development in multi-tiered applications; 2 years of DAX scripting; 2 years working with SSRS; 2 years working with Azure or MS SQL; 2 years of requirement gathering, data analytics, and customer software modifications; 1 years working with VPNs, VM servers, firewalls, load-balancing and terminal service; and 1 year working in Omni Channel application platforms.
