This is an in office role. Candidates must be on Maui.

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher & Service Coordinator to help keep our service department running smoothly. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys coordinating schedules, communicating with customers and technicians, and staying on top of important details in a busy office environment.

What You'll Do

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Schedule service and maintenance appointments
  • Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules
  • Communicate with customers about appointments and updates
  • Follow up on completed and rescheduled jobs
  • Assist with maintenance scheduling and service coordination
  • Maintain purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers
  • Support the Service Manager with estimates and administrative tasks
  • Monitor email communications and keep office records organized
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism
