Job description

Job Duties: Vice President, Product Management with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Wilmington, Delaware. Remote work permitted two days per week within commuting distance of Wilmington, Delaware. Define product strategy using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research to inform roadmap and development priorities. Partner with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and Legal & Compliance to design risk capabilities that drive exceptional customer experience. Articulate product vision, features, and requirements to different audiences to gain buy-in across the organization. Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and participate in the full software development lifecycle with engineers and designers. Identify, document, and improve existing processes to maximize efficiency in constantly evolving environments. Lead the team to drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle for new features and capabilities in the Collections and Recoveries space. Guide the team in conducting quantitative and qualitative research to inform product strategy and pipeline development. Work with cross functional teams to design risk capabilities that drive exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with other product manager leads and designers to ensure cohesiveness of the overall customer experience.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field such as Architecture and five (5) years of experience in job offered or related role OR Masters's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field such as Architecture and three (3) years of experience in job offered or related role. Prior experience must include five (5) years with a Bachelor's degree or three (3) years with a Master's degree with: experience in coordination and communication across a varied list of stakeholders; communication, presentation, and organization skills for stakeholder management; experience with and understanding of both product and software life cycle to create and drive strategic roadmap for the business; understanding of Risk Management in order to understand and design product build; advanced quantitative/deductive reasoning skills; experience in automation, process optimization and increasing efficiency; experience with managing competing initiatives, people management skills; and experience with SQL.
