Construction Office Coordinator

Constellation Software Engineering (CSE) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Office Coordinator to join our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to construction management personnel.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and communications between construction management staff and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to construction projects.
  • Assist in furniture moves and support procurement package development.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of general experience

  • Prior experience in construction project administration, facilities management, or engineering office support (ideally 2+ years).

  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with office software tools and document management systems.

  • Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the team beyond standard clerical duties.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • AutoCAD, graphics tools, and/or related tools. Familiarity with AutoCAD with ability to learn basic support tasks. Comfortable with technical documents, PDFs, plotting, and basic file management (naming conventions, folder structures, revision tracking). Experience scanning, redlining prints, or preparing drawing packages is a big plus.
