Little League® International is seeking a C#/.NET Software Developer who has application development expertise, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills, is collaborative, takes ownership of work, and is customer service oriented to support millions of players, families, and volunteers around the world through applications.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Applications, the Software Developer will work with a collaborative team to perform full-stack software development and maintenance of enterprise applications, provision applications, analyze data and provide support that powers Little League operations and events.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain full-stack software solutions.
  • Design APIs and integrations across internal and external systems.
  • Perform testing, code reviews, and quality assurance.
  • Improve and maintain existing applications and codebases.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Provide support for special events such as the Little League World Series

What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable discipline
  • 2+ years of verifiable equivalent work experience designing, programming, and troubleshooting applications.
  • Proficient in object-oriented programming skills using C#.
  • Proficient in client-side/web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficient in relational database design and querying (SQL).
  • Proficient in APIs, web services, and integrating disparate software systems.
  • Proficient in Visual Studio, SQL, Server Management Studio, and source control software.
  • Proficient with MS Office software suite.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and PowerBI is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
