Location: St Paul, MN
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:
As a Software Developer at West Shore Home, will identify and execute high impact improvements that unlock new product opportunities and ensure the reliability, predictability, maintainability, and scalability of West Shore Home's digital product portfolio.
Key Role Accountabilities:
  • Designs, implements, refactors, and improves our applications by bringing features to life.
  • Implements and champions design patterns and best practices that ensure the health of the codebase.
  • Participates in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
  • Invests and participates in team processes, such as code reviews, documentation, and automation.
  • Ability to work with .NET, MAUI, iOS, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript, Azure, GitHub, and related technologies.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Moderate experience as a software developer.
  • Excitement for the learning and growth of yourself and your teammates.
