  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software delivery, product delivery, or engineering programs
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, architecture, and operations
  • Experience managing roadmaps, release plans, dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics across enterprise technology initiatives
  • Experience using Agile delivery methods and software development lifecycle controls for enterprise applications
  • Experience supporting tax, finance, regulatory, or compliance technology platforms
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting product or platform delivery for tax technology solutions
  • Experience working in a professional services organization or large enterprise technology organization
  • Experience with cloud modernization, application integration, or workflow automation initiatives
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into delivery plans
