Job description

Local commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator / Construction Assistant to join our team. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Duties include assisting Project Managers with developing database for project bids, purchase orders, change orders and any other project forms & paperwork. Construction Background and any knowledge or experience with bidding software is a HUGE PLUS!!

Must be self-motivating, independent, a team-player, reliable and stays on task! Must have skills with a multi-line phone system, customer service and have a pleasant personality & attitude.
