This role goes beyond traditional administrative support; you’ll work closely with leadership while coordinating with administrative staff, virtual assistants, and transaction support to keep projects moving, systems organized, and nothing falling through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
